Thank you for your interest in Summer Session 2008. HPA's Summer Session runs from June 22 to July 18. On this page you will find links to our online application form, as well as other admission documents that you will need to submit. If you need any assistance, please call our Summer Session office at (808) 881-4088. To be considered for acceptance into the 2008 Summer Session the following items must be received by the HPA Summer Session Admissions Office:

Student Application
To apply, please mail us the application with a $35 application fee; or $25 if applying online. We will acknowledge receipt of the application and begin a file in the applicant's name. If the applicant is not a U.S.citizen, you must submit a copy of the applicant's passport.
Transcript Release Form and Reference Form
These forms must be signed and dated by both the applicant and a parent. When the first semester of the 2007-2008 academic year is complete, please give the Reference Form to a teacher or administrator of your choice and the transcript release form to the appropriate school official along with a stamped envelope addressed to:

Tanscript/progress report should include the current academic year.
ESL Self-Assessment Form
If your first language is not English, when the first semester of the 2007-2008 academic year is complete, please complete the the student portion or the ESL Self-Assessment then give it the applicant's English language teacher along with a stamped envelope addressed to:

Incomplete Applications
Applicants will receive a notice informing them of missing items. Incomplete applications WILL NOT be considered.
Decision Notification
The Summer Session office will mail notification of decision no later than May 15, 2008. After this date, decision notification will be done on a rolling basis if space if available.
