The Lo'ihi Society honors donors who commit themselves to the long-term future of HPA by including the Academy as a beneficiary of their estate. Gifts may be made through a will or a bequest or a charitable remainder trust, by placing a contribution in the HPA Pooled Income Fund, or by using other financial planning vehicles.

The Academy Society honors the most generous of HPA donors. Members are recognized as the leaders whose philanthropy and commitment continue to lead HPA into the future. Academy Society members are donors who have given $25,000 or more within a 10-year period or who make a single donation of $10,000 or more. Membership in The Academy Society, once earned, is perpetual.

The Founder's Club honors the dedication and life of one of Hawaii's most beloved individuals and the founder of HPA, Bishop Harry S. Kennedy. Many members of the Founders Club have been instrumental in the development of the school since 1949. Membership in the Founder's Club is open to donors making an annual gift of between $5,000 and $9,999.

The Trustees' Club is named in honor of the men and women of the school's governing board. Throughout the history of HPA, these individuals have given liberally of their time, guidance, and expertise so the school will continue to prosper. Membership in the Trustees' Club is open to donors making an annual gift between $2,500 and $4,999.
The Headmasters' Club | back to top
The Headmasters' Club honors by title the ten men who have served in that position at Hawaii Preparatory Academy since 1949. Membership in the Headmaster's Club is open to donors making an annual gift between $1,000 to $2,499.
The Ka Makani Club | back to top
The Ka Makani Club reflects the power, energy, and life that come from the prevailing winds that invigorate the school. Membership in the Ka Makani Club is open to donors making an annual gift between $500 to $999.
The Kokua Club | back to top
The Kokua Club includes alumni, parents, and friends of HPA whose annual gifts total between $100 and $499.
Friends of HPA | back to top
Friends of HPA is by far the largest donor group. It includes alumni, parents, and friends of HPA whose annual gifts are any amount up to $99.
