Looking for an exciting way to spend the summer?

Experience summer at HPA! Summer programs are open to all students and offer a great introduction to the HPA Experience.

ACADEMY SPORTS CAMPS

WEEK 1 Monday, June 12 - Friday, June 16

OPTION 1: BASEBALL AND FLAG FOOTBALL (FULL DAY)

Times Drop Off 8-8:30 a.m.

Pick up 4:30 p.m.

Cost $140 for the week

*Full Day Camp includes a lunch/rest period on campus from 11:30-1 p.m.

OPTION 2: BASEBALL ONLY (MORNING)

Times Drop Off 8-8:30 a.m.

Pick up 11:30 p.m.

GENERAL INFO

The camp is open to all students entering grades 1-9.

We will provide skill level instruction for graded groups, snacks, and fun!

For baseball camp: Please bring a glove, hat, and comfortable workout clothes.

For flag football camp: Please wear T-shirt, shorts, and cleats.

TO REGISTER FOR CAMP

To register, please email (jhayslip@hpa.edu) with the following information:

Camper's name, current school and grade, and parent name and contact number

Please specify which weeks and which sports you would like to participate in.

Please bring cash or check for $90 or $140 to the camp on Monday, June 12.

(Cash is preferable. If check, please make check payable to: Hawai'i Preparatory Academy)


Equestrian Camp:

The Equestrian Camp offers a diverse training regimen designed to create a working knowledge of the aids and mechanics involved when riding English, as well as proper grooming and tacking procedures. Instruction will encourage students to enhance and challenge their existing equestrian knowledge, or, for beginners, learn stable management and basic riding skills. Open to students, eight years old and older.


Summer Swim Academy:

Join Coach Sarie Imonen and her enthusiastic instructors for Summer Swim Academy. Sessions are two weeks long, with lessons being held Monday through Thursday. Students will receive a half-hour of instruction each day with free swim available at 1-3 p.m. on Fridays. This is a great opportunity to learn to swim or to advance one's swimming technique and endurance, as all levels of classes will be provided—From Parent and Tot to Pre Team.

About The Junior Tennis Camps:

Experience the FUN of TENNIS CAMP, we are offering 9 sessions in Summer 2017. All ability levels are welcome, players will be grouped accordingly on the first day.

The camp will emphasize the development of proper technique of all strokes. Each player will be coached in various aspects of match play, including strategy, which will be customized for their level.


Basketball Camp:

HPA varsity basketball coaches Dave Huntington and Fred Wawner will lead the camp for rising fifth through eleventh grade girls and boys. The camp will focus on skill development, footwork fundamentals, and team and in-game instruction in a fun atmosphere.

May 30 - June 2

3:45 to 5:45 pm for rising grades 4-7

6:15 to 8:15 pm for rising grades 8-11
