Alumni Reunion

We are excited to welcome back classes ending in 0s and 5s from Thursday, May 28 to Sunday, May 31, 2020 for Alumni Reunion Weekend, which will be a weekend filled with fun, friends, tradition, and new adventures.

At the end of May each year, our alumni and their guests return to campus for four days of celebration and friendship. Reunion is a time to celebrate cherished memories and create new ones and to strengthen bonds to the School and to one another. This year, alumni reunion will start on Thursday, May 28th and run through Sunday, May 31st, with the traditional all alumni luau on Saturday, May 30th. While we will be celebrating classes ending in 0’s and 5’s, we welcome all members of our alumni ʻohana.

Upcoming Events

I have not been on campus for a while. What can I expect during alumni reunion weekend?

Reunion is the perfect time to come back to campus! In addition to catching up with classmates, you will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with current faculty, and make use of campus facilities. Campus is as beautiful as ever and we promise a good time for all!

How can I reconnect with classmates ahead of Reunion?

Your Class Agent or Class Scribe is a great place to start. Many classes have set up Facebook pages so you can also check there. The Alumni Office is always happy to help by providing you with a class list, just send us an email at

Does the cost to attend Reunion count as a reunion gift?

It does not. The registration payment goes towards food, beverage, and entertainment costs. Gifts made to the HPA Fund in a reunion year will go toward the class gift total and the participation total. Make your gift today!

Where can I stay?

On-campus there are dorm rooms available at a discounted ‘ohana rate. For off-campus lodging, we are excited to offer special rates at Kamuela Inn (booking code: hpaohana), The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort, and The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel (for either property just ask for the HPA alumni rate).
