HPA’s Day of the Dead at Isaacs Art Center will be a festive night to benefit experiential learning programs at our Village Campus -- Hui ‘Opio After School Program, Theme Week, Capstone opportunities, place based exploration, and the Horse Program.
Experiential learning is a cornerstone of HPA’s educational program. Learning by doing--and having fun doing it--enables students to deepen their understanding of core concepts. Whether it happens in the classroom, in the garden, or off-campus in locations such as Volcano or one of our local beaches, experiential learning enables students to deepen their sense of wonder and stewardship for our island home.
Our K-8 students have access to many exceptional learning opportunities, made possible through the dedication and support of our HPA ‘ohana. Let’s raise our hands together (or skulls in this case) and share our aloha for these outstanding programs and for our students!
The evening will include music and entertainment, hand-passed pupu, a lineup of libations, special pricing on select art pieces, and opportunities to support programs you value.
Dress to theme, sip a signature cocktail, enjoy the spicy entertainment, and support our Village!
